1. Shipping Locations

Whimsical Whisk currently ships within South Africa. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
